Refund & Return Policy

Change of mind returns are not accepted

Damage related returns due to misuse or improper care are also not accepted - please visit the earrings care page for more information on how to look after your pieces and keep them in good nick for as long as possible.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return or contacting me via email will not be accepted - this includes orders that are returned to sender or not accepted/collected by the customer.

Everything in my store is handmade.

Every single piece is unique.

Sometimes this means there could be an teeny aesthetic imperfection (think tiny fingerprint, piece of dust, etc). I am super duper nit-picky with what I list in-store and what goes into the sample/seconds drawer, so most of your pieces will be perfect or near-perfect, but pleaaasseeeeeee remember this when ordering, as it is the nature of handmade art! 

In the case of a manufacturing defect, send me an email and we can figure out the best solution, whether it’s a refund, return, partial refund, store credit etc. I always want you to be happy with your earrings and my service, so I will try my best to find a solution for you!
